Service Issue, VOM – 26/07/2016

We have lost our primary fibre feed supplying customers via Lovesome and Merrybent, this has been reported to our suppliers for urgent investigation. We have re-routed traffic and most people should now be back online. Please be aware speeds will be reduced across the Vale of Mowbray Network while operating on our backup system, and public IP addresses are not currently accessible.

We await a fault report from our suppliers.

We are still waiting on our supplier for an update.

Our supplier has now restored service.
