Service Issue, VOM – 24/05/2016

Customers supplied via Lovesome and Merrybent are currently without service due to an issue on our suppliers network. We are awaiting an urgent update to find out what the problem is, in the meantime we are working to re-route traffic where possible.

Update @ 11AM

We have re-routed traffic and most people should now be back online. Please be aware speeds will be reduced while operating on our backup system, and public IP addresses are not currently accesible.

Update @ 12PM

Our suppliers have dispatched an engineer to investigate, they should be onsite within 2 hour. We will update this message as soon as we know more.

Update @ 3PM

Our suppliers are working with Virgin Media to restore service. Traffic continues to be routed via our backup connection.

Update @ 5PM

We are pleased to report normal service has been resumed and traffic is now flowing via normal routes.
