Service Issue, Aylesby – 10/03/2015

There is currently an issue affecting our Virgin Media internet connection. We are in contact with Virgin Media to determine the cause of the fault, and will update this message with further details ASAP.


We have activated our 3G backup system while we wait to hear from Virgin Media. Speeds will be greatly reduced while operating on 3G.


Sadly off site diagnostics with Virgin have proved inconclusive, Nick is now on route to site to try and determine the root cause.

Full service was restored by 2PM.

The fault turned out to be an issue with the Virgin Media modem, we are looking at ways to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
